Back Office¶

Orders¶

On the order page, a panel will be displayed that will initially have a button to Generate Invoice. Clicking on it will open a window where you can fill in/edit the necessary data before generating the invoice. If the order contains a product that has not yet been linked to its code and corresponding unit of the SAT or some other similar link is missing, the corresponding warning will be displayed. In the event of an error when trying to generate the invoice, the details will be indicated in a message at the top of the screen.

Once the invoice is generated, you will find all its details in the panel that is displayed. You will also have 2 buttons to download the tax receipt in both PDF and XML format. You will also have the option to cancel the issued invoice specifying the corresponding reason for cancellation.

Electronic Invoices List¶

In the menu Orders -> Electronic Invoices you will find a list with the most relevant information of all the orders and their corresponding invoices. You will be able to filter, sort, and export that list as needed. You will also be able to go directly to the order details, as well as Create or Delete individual invoices and Download your tax receipt in PDF and XML.

Front Office¶

Order History in Customer Account¶

In the client's account, he will be able to download the tax receipts of his issued invoices from the Order History section.

Order Details in Customer Account¶

In the client's account, the client will be able to consult the details of each of their orders from the Order History section. Once inside the order details you will find a button to Generate Invoice. Clicking on it will open a window where you can fill in/edit the necessary data before generating the invoice. These data will be stored to expedite the issuance of future invoices. In the event of an error when trying to generate the invoice, the details will be indicated in a message at the top of the screen.

Once the invoice is generated, you will find 2 buttons to download the tax receipt in both PDF and XML format.
